A passion for hotels and restaurants sparked Melissa’s education at Cornell’s Hotel School. Following an internship in the PR department at destination spa The Golden Door, Melissa began her career in-house with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. After transitioning to an agency setting, Melissa spent several years handling media relations for hotel/resort and destination clients throughout Florida and the Caribbean. From there, she moved into a social media focus, overseeing campaigns for branded and independent hotels such as JW Marriott, Waldorf Astoria, InterContinental Hotels and more.
